💬 How Can I Get Support?
• Support is available through our Discord server. You can find the invite link in the HOME section of our store.
• If you have any issue with your package, installation, files, or license, please open a ticket and our team will assist you as soon as possible.


💳 Refund Policy
• All products sold in this store are digital items. Because of this, we do not offer refunds after the purchase is completed.
• If you find a critical issue, error, or bug in one of our products, please contact us through Discord. We will review the situation and work to fix the problem as soon as possible.


🔑 Important Information

• Purchases are linked to your Cfx.re account, not to individual server keys.
• Your package will work on all server keys connected to the Cfx.re account used during the purchase and if another authorized Cfx.re account needs access, the license must be transferred through the Keymaster Portal.
• The original purchaser is responsible for logging in, authorizing, and managing any license transfers.
• Digital products are licensed, not physically sold. You are not allowed to resell, share, leak, redistribute, or upload the files to third parties.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect installation, modified files, server conflicts, or third-party scripts/resources.
• Make sure you understand what you are purchasing before completing your order and by purchasing, you agree that the product is intended for personal use on your own server/project.
